Tip 1: Make your surveys like a competition

We have noticed through many of our customer’s experiences that in order to improve your response rate you should structure your questionnaires in the form of competition.

Mention this competition in your initial email invite that you send your respondent.

It is fairly common for people to return but not to actually fill out your survey - motivate your respondents again by reminding them of what they could win in the actual text of your survey. (Our system allows you to measure returning users who dont fill out the questionnaire)

Offer's like:

"Win a bottle of wine !!!! "

will go a long way to increasing your response rate.
