When you survey your
audience - don't send all your emails at once.
Start small and move
big. As you survey your audience you may find
that you have a developing issue that you
need to explore more.
An example of this situation:
How did you find out
about product x ?
newspaper
friend
Colleague
web
search engine
As you run your questionnaire
you find everybody is clicking "web search
engine" - because you haven't surveyed
your entire population - you can quickly go
back and change your question to ?
How did you find out
about product x ?
newspaper
friend
Google
MSN
Altavista.
Yahoo
If you follow the above
advice you can go back and adapt your questionnaires
as they run.
